We are seeking a customer-focused, high-energy Reseller Success Specialist (RSS) to lead the onboarding and enablement of new reseller partners. This role is responsible for ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, trained, and activated to drive early success and revenue contribution.
The RSS serves as the primary point of contact during the initial partner journey, delivering a structured onboarding experience and equipping resellers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to effectively position and sell Brivo solutions.


Onboarding & Activation
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new resellers&
  • Guide partners through setup, training, and first transactions&
  • Track progress against onboarding milestones and drive timely completion&
  • Ensure partners reach “ready-to-sell” status quickly&
Training & Enablement
  • Deliver Orientation sessions, product training, and tool deep dive (virtual)&
  • Educate partners on use cases, positioning, and sales best practices&
  • Maintain and improve onboarding materials, playbooks, and training content&
Partner Experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact during orientation &
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Operations to remove friction&
  • Ensure a seamless and positive partner experience&

  • 2 years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Enablement, Implementation, or Account Management)&
  • Experience in onboarding or training partners, customers, or sales teams&
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills&
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment&
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and articulate new solutions
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
