Position:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• 2026 - 2027 school year

Qualifications:

• Master\"s degree or higher.
• Valid State of Ohio Administrative certificate/license or eligibility for licensure.
• Appropriate Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst License.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.
• Other qualities of academic, professional and personal excellence as may be specified by the Governing Board.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive FBAs to inform intervention planning.
• Design individualized BIPs based on FBA results, observation data, and student needs.
• Facilitate meetings with parents and the IEP team to review and gain consensus on BIPs.
• Provide professional development (PD) to school personnel on behavioral strategies and plan implementation.
• Offer ongoing consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
