  Position Summary<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment\/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

  In-home\/hybrid -Chaska<5c pan=""><5c>\n

  Schedule<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  On-call times: Monday – Friday 5pm – 8am next morning, weekends and holidays.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

  No assigned shifts, pick up model<5c pan=""><5c>\n

  Minimum Qualifications<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  Clinician<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

    Clinical Trainee<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

    • Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have\/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

      Preferred Qualifications<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

      • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
